Many expectant parents are happy to know the gender of the baby they await, but some prefer to be surprised. One of our ladies will soon become a grandmother and although she knows the gender of the baby, her husband doesn’t want to know and this is causing her some difficulties when knitting baby garments. She is having to ensure that nothing about the item will give any clue. So, unisex cardis in a neutral colour are all she can knit in front of her hubby, like this one she finished recently.
But, in secret she’s probably throwing caution to the wind and knitting many wonderful things in blue, or, is it pink?
